HISTORY
Halsey & Company has been family owned and operated since the beginning.
For three generations Halsey & Company has been providing a high level of commitment to ensuring that each and every client is served beyond their expectations.
The practice was started by E.L. Smith (Bill’s Grandfather). Richard Halsey (Bill’s Father) purchased the firm in 1970. Bill acquired the practice from his father in 1985. Bill has enjoyed maintaining the legacy started by his Grandfather and looks froward to continuing the practice.

About Bill Halsey
